No guaranteed #1 ranking
We build and improve the foundation. Nobody controls Google’s final ranking decisions.
Before you start
A website project involves more than colors and pages. There are questions about cost, ownership, domains, subscriptions, revisions, search visibility, analytics, and what happens after launch.
We would rather make those expectations clear before you spend money.
What we will not sell you
We build and improve the foundation. Nobody controls Google’s final ranking decisions.
Extra domains can protect a brand, but buying five domains does not create five search rankings.
Additional work is scoped and quoted for approval before billable work begins.
Ongoing monitoring and management are optional services after the website project.
Planning the project
Yes. Every website is designed and built around the practice, its services, its content, and the experience it needs to create for prospective clients. Project size changes the scope and content depth, not whether the site is custom. Custom also does not mean reinventing basic web technology for no reason; it means your site is not simply your information dropped into a purchased therapy template.
You provide the practice knowledge: your services, clinician information, location, contact and appointment details, preferences, and any photos, logos, or existing material you want considered. We guide the structure, design, technical setup, and launch so you do not need to know how to build a website yourself.
Timing depends on the size of the site, how much content is needed, integrations, and how quickly required information and feedback are available. Before billable project work begins, the proposal should give you a clear scope and expected schedule so you are not guessing about the process.
Yes. An existing site can be reviewed first. If the current structure is sound, a focused redesign may make more sense. If the site has deeper technical, content, or usability problems, a rebuild may be the better value. We would rather recommend the smaller solution when it actually solves the problem.
Pricing, revisions & ownership
For the first five qualifying practice clients, Brighter Sites is offering a Professional Website starting at $1,250 instead of the normal $1,500 starting price, plus the first 90 days of Managed Growth at no additional cost after launch. Larger scopes, additional services, and third-party purchases are still quoted separately. After the included 90 days, ongoing care remains optional.
No. Website pricing covers the defined Brighter Sites design, development, setup, and launch work in your written scope. Larger page counts, unusual integrations, substantial content work, or additional services can change the project price. Those items should be identified and quoted rather than quietly added to a bill later.
Unless a written quote specifically says otherwise, no. Domain registration and renewals, premium domains, additional domain names, Google Workspace plans and user seats, phone or email services, and other paid third-party software are billed by those providers separately. Brighter Sites setup prices cover our labor to configure the services listed in your scope.
Additional work is calculated at the published hourly rate in 15-minute increments, but that rate is used to calculate the quote rather than start an open-ended clock. Send us the change you want, we review the scope, and you receive a written price. Billable work does not begin until you approve it. If the scope changes, we confirm a revised quote before doing additional work.
Your proposal and service agreement define the included revision process. You review the actual website as the project develops and we refine the presentation within the agreed scope. If a request becomes a substantial new feature, new page group, or other major expansion beyond the approved scope, it can be quoted separately before that work begins.
No. Ongoing care is optional. The website project and the care plans are separate services. Managed Growth can be continued month to month at $179, with a 12-month commitment at $159 per month billed monthly, or at $1,788 prepaid annually, which is equivalent to $149 per month. You can also choose another care level or stop ongoing service according to your agreement. Founding practices receive their first 90 days of Managed Growth after launch at no additional cost before deciding what to do next.
SEO, domains & DIY builders
No, and a responsible developer or SEO provider should not promise that. Rankings depend on competition, location, content quality, domain history and authority, links and mentions from other sites, search intent, Google systems, and time. We can build a strong technical and content foundation, measure what happens, and keep improving the site based on real information.
Wix and similar platforms can produce functional websites and can rank in search. The difference is responsibility. With a DIY builder, you are also the designer, content planner, mobile tester, technical administrator, SEO decision-maker, analytics interpreter, and ongoing maintainer. Brighter Sites is for practice owners who want those web decisions and implementation handled with them rather than becoming their own web department.
Sometimes. Additional domains can make sense for brand protection, common spelling variations, or preventing someone else from registering a closely related name. They do not create multiple versions of your SEO ranking. In most cases one domain remains the primary website and the extra domains redirect to it.
No. More pages help only when they give searchers useful, distinct information. A well-developed service, clinician, location, or educational page can create another meaningful way for someone to find the practice. Thin pages created only to increase page count can make the site less useful and do not create automatic ranking value.
The work can include clear page structure, useful titles and descriptions, understandable URLs, heading hierarchy, canonical URLs, crawlable navigation, sitemap and indexing support, internal linking, mobile usability, performance, local-search setup, Search Console, analytics, and content organization. SEO is the combined effect of many pieces rather than a single switch that gets turned on.
After launch
Site Monitor watches core technical basics such as uptime, SSL, domains, and site health. Site Care adds regular review and a small amount of routine change and maintenance time. Managed Growth goes further by reviewing search and website performance, delivering a monthly written report with findings and recommendations, deciding what opportunities matter, and using included work time to make useful improvements.
Analytics and Search Console can help answer practical questions: Are people finding the site? Which pages attract attention? What searches are creating visibility? Are visitors reaching important service or contact paths? Are there pages that are not helping? The value is not another dashboard; it is using the information to decide what should improve next. Managed Growth clients receive those findings in a monthly written website report.
No. Website performance and search work should not require therapy notes, diagnoses, appointment contents, or other clinical records. Brighter Sites focuses on public website content, search visibility, aggregate site use, technical health, and the public-facing path a prospective client takes through the site.
That is normal. Services change, clinicians join or leave, locations move, credentials are updated, and the questions prospective clients ask can change. Small updates can be handled through a care plan or quoted individually. Larger additions can be scoped and priced before work begins.
